Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY 

We’ll accept return requests for items that are clean, unused, undamaged with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within (14 days) of the date you received your item.

 

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided and mail your return to us. 
You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with you package. Return shipping is FREE.

 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the custom service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please be aware the products are photographed and sent through rigorous quality checks.
